Also science is not "a theory". There are countless scientific theories, but science itself isn't them, it's the process of process of studying the world, formulating theories on how it works, and testing them. The definition she uses about it not being observable, repeatable, and testable is also the exact opposite of the truth. Redefining words to be the inverse of their original meaning, and accusing your enemies of being the inverse of what they are? Pure Orwellian bullshit. In short, most Creationists are simply morons who don't know what they're talking about (like the "why monkeys?" guy), but this one lady is worse than merely being stupid: she is also malicious.
