He tries to do that sprint style he was famous for in his 20s but doesn't have the knees or neck for it anymore. Plus he's had a spate of matches where he's injured dudes. Not really sure I want him in a match with Okada.

Finally got around to watching Invasion Attack. Wasn't really a huge fan of the main event till they got to the ending sequence, once they kicked it up a gear it was great. Tanahashi working heel is interesting but it does make it hard for me to get into the match for some reason.

I'm actually most curious to see how these booking changes affect the ROH shows. Is AJ going to be part of the Bullet Club there?

Bullet Club took pictures with him doing their gang poses, so I guess he's in.

Anderson's already been tweeting that he's in charge of the Bullet Club with Bad Luck tweeting his support to Anderson. So AJ is probably going to be used like the Young Bucks, comes over, does poo poo under the BC banner and then reps it on the US indies.

if gets a belt, they'll have him drop it and he can go home. I'd be surprised if NJPW gave him any poo poo over it because they've got guys on the roster that refuse to return the USA because of domestic commitments(Taka for instance)

Meltzer has been prone to hint at stuff he knows but can't say and he was hinting that the belt was changing hands soon before AJ signed while also talking about AJ getting a big push that the fans might reject. Now that AJ has signed he's openly talking about the possibility AJ might win it (although not stating that is definitely the plan.) It sounds like it is a distinct possibility.

I could see them running AJ against Naito to test the waters.

All I want to know is if Iikuza will continue to deface the announcer dude. That really makes the B shows worth watching.

Aj Styles is a great wrestler but we've been spoiled to death by Okada/Tanahashi's straight up and down battles. The jump in ring interference stuff really detracts from a solid main event.

That was the original Bullet Club of Devitt, Anderson, Fale, and Tonga. They were all NJPW dojo guys pissed off of how gaijin were being treated in the company and by Japanese society in general.

As they started adding new people that kinda fell by the wayside and now with Devitt gone and Yujiro and AJ in it's basically totally dead. Yujiro joined because he was dissatisfied with his place on the card as a member of CHAOS.

They're now basically just the new nWo without the name or any old guys from the '90s.

Summon Chono and Muta and reform nWo Japan.

I don't know if it's going to be viewed like a poach/steal.

I don't think he has a contract or he's only on part time contract. He's only over about 2/3rds of the tours. He's the senior gaijin but I don't think he really went through the dojo like PAC did or Devitt in NJPW. NJPW has traditionally a good relationship with Dragon Gate up to Liger being a former Dream Gate champion. There weren't any hard feelings about Milano going full-time and DG had representation at his retirement ceremony.

I think there could be a bidding situation over Ricochet though if Dragon Gate wants to pick him up full time. He's also really loyal to CIMA and Dragon Gate; he had an emotional interview after he won the Dream Gate.

And DG is probably the only Japanese company that can match whatever NJPW is offering.
