Something like %.05 of the NYPD gets in a shooting every year, and our hit rate is actually higher than the national average. So dumb luck I guess. We just got rid of the typewriters and don't even have dash cams so don't expect new firearms any time soon. poo poo, we rolled with Model 10s up until 1996.
