i tried to switch to at&t a few weeks ago after our internet was down for two weeks due to comcast being a bunch of fucks they somehow managed to send a technician out to install the poo poo, but didn't actually set up an account on their side so it didn't work. later i received mail from them with my name horribly misspelled, and they keep calling my work phone instead of the cell phone number i gave them, even after i immediately canceled with them because really guys so what i'm saying is you're screwed even with options available hahaha
