idk we have this thing called 'stand up' where at the start of each day, teams gather round in the meeting rooms and spend half an hour discussing how the business is moving, what everybody is doing for the day and raising any questions to management. seems like a legit way to get motivated and also gets you interacting right out of the door without none of this stupid cult stuff.
