No, that whole "classified as a gang" thing has been blown way out of proportion and the reporting on it has been ridiculously inaccurate and irresponsible. The FBI just put out a report a couple years ago that noted a rise in the number of Juggalo gang sets and noted that many of them were becoming more organized. It didn't say that the whole Juggalo scene is a gang, despite the way every article is reporting it. It didn't authorize or recommend any particular enforcement strategy.

my favorite part of the seminar is they really try to hype up the 8 track ep that comes with the box set as something you can only get in the box set and no where else ever and after going on about that for a bit they just sort of say "or you could just pirate it".
