euroboy posted:That Gianluca Di Marzio guy says Falcao will sign for City. What the christ?! How? Must mean Negredo is off back to La Liga for the £25M thats been floating about if there's any truth in that. Weird thing is, Di Marzio has got everything City spot on this Summer. To sign Falcao, we'd have to sell Negredo who has a broken foot, so I don't see how feasible that is at all really

Still don't think it'll happen, but I must admit a front 4 of Silva, Jovetic, Falcao and Aguero would be fun.

Apparently AS are reporting that Reus is going to sign for Madrid in the coming hours, seems an odd one...

Hegay posted:There's been rumblings about it and it would make more sense than Falcao tbh since Cristiano has reached the age where he starts getting broken (RIP ) If its true, you lot are going to be bloody terrifying for years!

Ian 'Cheesey' Cheeseman is usually pretty reliable and has been involved with City for about 30 years, so despite his ridiculous name, yeah, he normally gets stuff right.

AS and various South American sources are saying Falcao has signed for United for €65M, convinced City were only named to drive up the price

fart simpson posted:Yeah but why would they sign Falcao when what they really need is players in literally every other position instead? They already have a world class striker with a bad knee. With Herandez and Welbeck going, they only have Rooney and a crocked RVP.

United have agreed a £12M one year loan deal for Falcao according to countless Manchester journalists, not a done deal quite yet, medical and personal terms to be agreed, so we're CLOSE to bold. Edit: Richards to Fiorentina isn't official yet as far as i'm aware, he is supposedly flying out for talks this morning though.

Evening News is reporting Falcao loan fee is £12M plus £8M in wages for the year, I guess it depends on the severity of the RVP injury as to whether its worth it.

Seems Negredo is going to be allowed to leave for £24M. City won't sign a replacement they'll make Iheanacho the 4th striker should he be granted a work permit in October
