havent had breakfast yet but already plannin. skillet taters, onions, poblanos, turkey sausage, with a sunny side up egg on top. dark roast w/ a longer brew cause i'll want something bitter with a breakfast that hearty. thanks for making this thread. im glad theres a safe space for breakfast chat after being hesitant to talk about my passion elsewhere

I made some pancakes with half cornmeal half regular flour and they were great. The texture was light and fluffy, yet hearty. The cornmeal adds a great taste too, especially with some maple butter on top (which I made).

For my first meal today, I started to cook some casserole in a glass baking dish. I heated it up and then poured cold milk in it. It promptly shattered to pieces. I left the food and glass bits in my kitchen and went out to eat instead.
