Well, there is trap out there but thats as close as it gets, the assumption is that techno is not enough like rap and doesnt have lyrics (raps). These days (post 2010 era) its referred to as EDM anyway, not sure if Tech9no is the NEW new name, or if its just a typo in the OP.
