Whenever they mention it, they get so condescending like "it's like Netflix!" and having segments where they show tutorials on using it. The same people that would use the network also use Hulu and Netflix and such, so right off the bat they're turning people off by treating them like they are idiots.

They'll bring back the preshow literally the last Raw before the PPV where subscriptions end and need to be renewed. People will renew thinking they're back for good, only to be proven wrong. Repeat every 6 months.

I understand the idea behind it because asking for $60 up front is enough to turn off casuals/poors (see: Amazon Prime) and they don't want people only subscribing for the big four. At least the commitment isn't enforceable, so if you don't have money in your bank account, they just cancel your Network account instead of trying to go after people.
