i think the time for that has passed, advertisers have known for a long time that the site's traffic is 50% anime child porn, which is why he can only get jlist to put their faces on the site. i imagine investors have caught on by now

I know that stereotypically, tumblr users are teenagers who are throwing hissy fits because the world refuses to use the proper pronouns for them as a dragon. And you can make fun of that if you want.

But from what I have heard, (I have for obvious reasons not gone to investigate this), 4chan is posting images under those tags of animal abuse, sexual violence, suggested pedophilia, etc. Basically everything that fits under the definition of :nms:

and that would lead to a ban/permaban on here. And they are doing that to highly disturbing/illegal images with the goal that minors will be exposed to them. I have also heard that they are targeting specific tumblr users, who again are mostly minors, for harassment by creating photoshopped pornography to harass them.

So yeah, we can joke about tumblr for being silly but I don't think that means teenagers should be targeted for a campaign of illegal harassment.

i have never witnessed a 4chan raid on a free forum that hasn't included spamming gore/child pornography.
