I want the Michael Bay Jem/Holograms movie, where Jem and her friends are supposed to be the heroes but are sort of just as evil and psychotic as the Misfits. Also, the fight scenes are somehow A-Ko levels of property destruction.

Ok, the Holograms and the Misfits break up due because they can't stand their mutual lead singers, they wait out the 80s until a few ex-Holograms/Misfits join up and form a 90s riot grrl alternapunk group. What do they call themselves? My vote would be "The Glitches".
