Amalao. The land of dragons. Lesandra Machan (played by GMarshal) thought she had seen it all in Relecour and Gesselheim, but nothing could have prepared her for this place. Staring across the thin earthen bridge that leads to the island kingdom, she feels nothing short of awe. Immense primordial spires jut out from the island's dense jungle, larger and older than any castle he has ever seen. Greatest among them is the crystal tower of Jeltz, gleaming and crooked like some cruel claw tearing a hole in the sky. Briefly illuminated as a bolt of lightning flashes over the island, the tower seems to glare menacingly at her. She juts her chin out defiantly in response. While the island may be vast and ancient, she is determined not to let it conquer her. First, though, there's the bridge to cross. Lesandra advances, confident but not uncareful. While the bridge seems solid enough to hold her weight, there is someone on the other side waiting for her. That someone is Vanaah Kalmor (played by Tatum Girlparts), whom Lesandra recognizes as an enemy of Gesselheim's Lord Rexan. Vanaah steps out onto the other end of the bridge and, holding her scythe out in front of her, nods pointedly at the churning whirlpool in the river below. Lesandra recognizes the threat. She's not sure what the paladin is doing here, but if she's insisting on a fight, Lesandra figures she'll have to oblige. After all, the bridge is only wide enough for one - and it's a long way down. This game will use Special Actions. This game will use an Arena: The Lost Continent of Amalao! ARENA: Road to Amalao (Lost Continent of Amalao) ====================== Entry: Use the 9-space board. Players begin on the far edges of the board. Each time an attack does 3 or more damage, place a Collapse Marker on the furthest space from the centre of the board that does not have a Collapse Marker. If there are an equal number of markers on each side, the player who landed the hit decides where to place the Collapse Marker. Players cannot move into spaces with Collapse Markers, and lose 2 life if they are standing on a Collapse Marker during recycle. Turning Point: At the end of a beat, if there are 5 or more Collapse Markers on the board, switch this Arena to "Into the Maelstrom". Into the Maelstrom (Lost Continent of Amalao) ---------------------- Entry: Use the 9-space board. Return players to their starting positions. At the end of each beat, in priority order, each player advances a number of spaces equal to their priority. If a player reaches the end of the board during this movement (but not during normal movement), their movement wraps around to the other side of the board and they lose 2 life.

Lesandra, where will you move Vanaah? Lesandra's attack will collapse the leftmost space. Vanaah, your attack will hit no matter where Lesandra moves you - which space will you collapse? Will you pull Lesandra? Which side of her will you move directly to via Paladin?

Just to confirm, your direct move is not optional and you can't direct move to the space you're already in. If you're already next to Lesandra you'll be forced to teleport to the other side of her. Your advance is also mandatory. Are you sure you don't want to pull?

One, yeah. So you must advance 1, you may pull 1, then you must go to a space next to Lesandra that you aren't already in. Either way you'll end up next to her, it's just where you want you two to be.
