I MAKE YOU HUMBLE

I've been playing through Divinity: Original Sin, and it got me wondering about AP systems. Are there any PnP games that use an actual Action Point system like Fallout or Divinity?

So, I'm moving to a new city soon and am going to be running games for my friends over the internet instead of at a table for the first time. Specifically, we're going to be playing some Dungeon World. What kind of software do folks around here use for their online games? I was thinking of either Skype or maybe Google Hangouts (haven't really used Hangouts before though) but I don't know how to handle stuff like dice-rolling or visual aids like maps and what-not.

Also, unrelated, but if folks know of cool nerd stuff in the Philadelphia area I'd also be super interested in hearing about that!

I've never actually used it for a game, but I messed around with roll20 a bit that seems pretty cool.
