 This is the resource base I was talking about. If it takes tanks I guess I'll just have to wait and cycle it.

Yeah, I've been stuck Ina cycle of hitting a bunch of bases I can't touch, doing nothing for a week or two, finally clearing them all out and then starting the cycle over. I just wish there was something to do in the mean time
