I guess lawyers are having trouble finding work so maybe, but doctors? A full fledged doctor can easily make that payment, unless they just care about their image.

That was my point, a doctor is going to just pay it off. It is financially intelligent for them. Plus the huge tax hit at the end would be brutal.
