Two of my big problems this match is that Vanaah has pretty good range and she also has enough Stun Guard on 2 styles and 2 bases to deal with any of my normal attacks (and hell, Shot beats half of my poo poo on it's own.)

I'm faster than her, but she doesn't have to give a gently caress about that half the time :v:

Yes, it's a non-optional move effect. On the other hand, I can't recall if moving directly to a spot on the other side of the opponent is still moving "past" them. I think it is, but...

I concur. Last time I ran a game with her, Hepzibah kept her locked down by spending life on boosting priority and ignoring Stun Guard; it's nice to see how hard she can hit given the chance.

Honestly, Cancel was the play no matter what Tolly chose. With Heketch this close to death, I want to take away options and make him more predictable, to increase the likelihood of landing the killing blow.
