Binky got his IQ test results switched with Brain so Binky thought he was the smartest in the class So Binky decided he wanted to be called "Brain" to reflect this new change in status but Brain said he was already called Brain and they're couldn't be two in the class so Binky decided to give him another anatomical nickname and started calling him "Esophagus" I always thought that was really funny for some reason. It's a really silly name :P
