at first i didn't like danny devito as frank. but i've increasingly come to the realization that it is the most perfect casting choice ever, even though im not even sure if he's acting, and i have a suspicion that alot of the extras are weirdos and hobos that he hangs out with.

"The Gang Tries Desperately to Win an Award" is one of the best episodes ever. It's a shame this show has only been nominated for two technical Emmys in its 9 seasons. This episode was a great indictment of the system that rewards shows like New Girl, while ignoring more outlandish, offensive, and inventive fare. Charlie Day is on a roll, and I'm excited to see where the show goes in its waning days.

The League is full of funny comedians all together performing some of the most unfunny minutes in television history whereas Sunny is one of the the best comedy shows ever made, alongside Curb Your Enthusiasm.
