Next time you see him if it comes up go, "Oh man, I meant to give you 5 and gave you 50, so funny right?" and be a huge passive-aggressive shithead about it. There's a slim chance he'll give you the money back. More likely he'll either feel guilty and awkward and stop talking to you or he'll stop talking to you because you're a passive-aggressive shithead. Problem solved and it won't happen again.
