Got to tromp around the woods with a WWII-era Arisaka rifle. I was told I looked cute holding it and pics were requested. Also, I got my hair cut around New Years. I only miss those 14 inches a little bit not really, actually, now that they're off

Sadly, it doesn't have the original stock, as the sporterized stock is a late war variety from a different armory. The stock I have now is an early war which goes with the early war barrel. The bolt is also not the original bolt(It is off by one serial number and is actually a bolt from a Type 99 Sniper, as it has a curved bolt handle rather than the normal straight.) I really need to see if I can get more info on where he got it. I also got my German Luftschutz helmet off of him so I am wondering if he got it from the same guy.
