try and invent a new way of holding your guitar or bass. like if you see the easy beats or other bands of that era they hold the guitar really high up. and later it gets down lower. sometimes in metal they will hold the guitar low and stand with their legs far apart. maybe you could start by having the guitar really high up on your chest and standing with your legs far apart, but far apart front and back not side to side. or try having the guitar on one side of your body not the front. or maybe you could put that strap thing on inside out, maybe people wont notice but if someone does they will be like "whoa". just throwing some ideas out there
