How soon after overeating should I make myself throw up ? If it's too soon the food is still kind of chunky and in a big lump since the stomach acids didn't have enough time to work on it. If you wait too long though it might be too late  I don't know why people aren't doing this more, you can eat all the junk you want without the consequences

Today I ate dulce de leche flavored cheerios, and then a hand full of pumpkin seeds. Lunch is gonna be cheese stuffed ravioli and sadness because I'll be at work.
