Hey jackasses I gave you my insurance multiple times that trip (psst communicate with the upstairs people that sent me to you so I don't loving have to do it again) , and you fuckers couldn't manage to find it when it came time to bill me? Not only that but you give me a bill with "unlisted diagnostic gastroenterology procedure" on it? Really? WELL DONE A+++. I usually like the things I'm being billed for to be clear, but apparently that's just asking too much. On a previous visit you couldn't manage to get me an unnecessary wheel chair for an hour or so that was fun too. I'm sure if I left on my own and fell WE AREN'T LIABLE WE TOLD YOU TO WAIT even though I'm pacing around clearly able to walk. Also why the gently caress do you get to handle your bill poo poo in another state? Let's see we have a po box in Colorado... nope that isn't where the hospital is located. You want me to send it to Boston? Closer but still not right. It's okay we can't expect you to locally do billing that would be absurd. Why yes, this is in America. Hospital charges are separate from doctor/specialist/technician charges. If Johnny Specialist, MD looked at your chart for 20 seconds and gave an opinion, he will be billing you for that.

Oh you bet but when the doctor requests a procedure why can't that information be magically transported to the people in charge of checking in for a procedure? Is that too much to ask? Is that some crazy impossibility? Also how the gently caress do you manage to bill me when I gave you my insurance twice? Once, and then again on the phone for some reason (I don't know something to do with there system and someone else needing to set up the appointment or something)
