The only civilized place your bank accounts allow would be Japan and South Korea. Real talk: If you want to enjoy a privileged life (which it sounds like you do) you'll have to better yourself. Somehow get skills that are worthwhile to society at large. Of course, I doubt you want to hear this, and I doubt you'll heed me. But if anyone wants to know the answer to this question, I just spelled it out simple and plain.
