 You can just delete the Pegasus cards from the decks in the skill cards tab, then reshuffle all the decks and everything should work fine. If you want to do that in the future, if you go to the Reference tab and change column K for those cards from a P to something else (X or whatever) and it will build the decks without those cards. You could also do that now after deleting the cards, if you want the "Verify Skill Card Distribution" button to work. Quorum cards, you can just blank the lines if you don't want those, it will resort when you deal another one. Crisis, Super Crisis, and Destinations you are on your own for!

Just select the cell, and press the "delete" key. Then you can shuffle the decks to get rid of the extra spaces.
