Twitter Skype Tumblr (I also use Livejournal, but I know I am in a small minority with that) Facebook and G+ could cause a lot of problems, since those things really closely tie in with people's real and professional life. If I ever live the goon dream of moving out of my mom's basement and getting a job, I don't want my boss getting e-Mails with screenshots of a dumb joke I made online. Only if 1 in 1000 people here are crazy enough to do that...that is still a lot of potential troublemakers. Other thing is, whatever gets put there might be really quaint by next year. Internet/social media platforms change in popularity year by year.

heh heh, can't wait to skip the googling phase and just directly click goon's profiles and point out the 3k Steam game they own and their goon.jpg facebook page they own as they go on their social media justice warrior campaigns  It's going to own. thanks 'tax (Seriously though, I think it's a v bad idea to encourage naive goons to put any of that information up there and it would be better just to delete the fields. Steam, Twitter, Skype, and Other sound good to me. I've noticed Mumble getting mentioned some around the forums, so that might be good too. I'm guess email is out due to the possibility of spam bots scraping it. Wouldn't that also be a problem with anything from Google, since they seem to use one account for everything? Those are about the only things I'd be interested in.

I would sincerely suggest tumblr, if only for the honeypot of someone linking their sherlock/supernatural dogdick rape fanfiction blog unironically. Steam. I don't even get on facebook because gently caress everyone in my real life, if it matters you can call me. I guess psn/xbl wouldn't be a bad idea either. Twitter probably wouldn't be a bad idea, but I can't really comment on it because I feel like I'm too old for that bullshit.
