28 is pretty good, actually. You might feel bad about turning 30, but here is the thing: when you turn 30, you are no longer old for being in your 20s, you are young for being in your 30s! If that makes sense. Which it probably will.

I'm 33 and my metabolism hasn't changed. Dunno about hangovers getting worse because I don't drink much. Anyway, 28 isn't so old. Take care of yourself and you'll be fine.

Twenty eight is the last number your have. Everything else is early or late --ties Also 29 is just 30. Just call your self 30 for two years. It will take that long to adjust.
