you might want to think about getting some trades together. in a league this deep we're going to have to to survive. which scares me with this crew

Maybe for smaller leagues you can make arguments, but for a 16 team league where RB scarcity is 10x worse I think the pain is amplified

Here's my reasoning: graham is going to buy you about 80 points over a season over the standard tier TEs. Taking him in the first round at 10 means you're passing up the 2nd tier RBs like Bernard - Stacy (~190 pts) for presumably shifting your otherwise RB2 to RB1, and your risk your RB2 coming from scrub tier like MJD (~120pts).

Now you're having to count on graham giving you the 80pts and making sure your RB2 has a solid floor. I'd rather get a workhorse RB early and pass on dealing with the low RB volatility and having it be really really hard to get replacements because the bottom of the barrel is scraped

of course in this league lots of people were throwing darts, so its not so bad to end up getting good value afterwards

what does an orange circle to "Claim" instead of green to "add" mean when you're trying to swap a player?

it means that the transaction won't be processed until waivers are processed (usually wednesday morning?) so if anybody with higher waiver priority than you also claims them they get first dibs

yeah but i already watch like 16 hours of football a week so i don't need to make it more interesting

16-person league is tough though, i'm in a 12-person and my second RB is Lamar "not gonna start" Miller. There's like a handful of good reliable RBs in the league

also somebody grab that rookie on the Bengals, he's going to be really good. Deandre Hopkins is going ot have a big year too

honestly, i used to be all over this kind of thing. my mind has rotted :corsair:
