For power distribution indoors at high voltages (like at a factory) you can get insulated and metal shielded cables, like with all three lines bundled together and shielded (triplexed) and with a heavy armored jacket on the outside. You would really think that firefighters would be aware of the risks involved with using a ladder in close proximity to overhead lines...
