You're probably at the point where other short blades can close in on the stabbing bonus cap. Daggers of speed are kind of a not that great weapon in a lot of a cases. +9 is +9, though.

Cloak of dislocation. Evoke for a chance to cause monsters to momentarily lose track of you, even ones with SInv. Passive chance to avoid or lessen distortion effects.

You can turn spell invis off with any +inv item even if your evocations is no good, which can make it more manageable.

If the level is mostly clear already you have a pretty good chance of surviving by reading a teleport scroll before you are totally disabled.

Make the fluff description of every evocable a lidded container of some kind and make them all have a random fixed number of uses. Finding a second one means you can pour one into the other to combine the charges from both of them.
They basically become rarer, slightly weirder wands - there's no real reason why this would be a bad thing.
Then buff them or whatever if you need to.

If you're going to be at 100 health it's better to be 100/300 and have like 3 sources of regen. That's the point where you can tank a few turns of zig torment/smite
