The Draconian Wings feat both increases Sharhesh's flying altitude and removes the speed penalty for heavy armor, but it doesn't look like the builder factors that in. And Kaja should probably be flanked by FRED and Takara, which I think is V10, though the size of the map throws my positioning ability into doubt. I assume neither of the sanctioned minions made OAs vs. Takara then?

Since Haldain spent an AP, Sharhesh's Resourceful Presence gives him +3 to damage on a hit if he can see Sharhesh from his position at V7. And since I only remembered it after Bran's turn, his Flying Foxes shot did +3 damage as well to the bodyguard, Scarsdale and Kaja (doesn't matter in that case).

Yep. The target is slowed (save ends), and it creates a 3x3 zone that lets me use an opportunity power every time someone willingly enters or ends their turn there. The power in question is Charisma vs reflex, hits deal 5+cha necrotic damage, inflicts slow (save ends) or (if they're already slowed) immobilize and ongoing 10 necrotic damage (save ends both).

Oh, I know what I did wrong with that positioning, I had the right coordinates for Bran at H14 for his initial attack, but when I went to have him duck behind cover I subtracted one from the letter (the column) instead of the number (the row) and didn't double-check my position.

Actually it's for entering or ending the turn in the zone instead of starting the turn in it, though I think the Guardian probably died to Haldain's last attack since it took 3 extra damage from Bran's AP attack at the start of the fight, because I didn't remember that Sharhesh has the Resourceful Leader Warlord MC feat until after the attack. Then it would have been: Bran: 16 from Flying Foxes +3 AP bonus from Sharhesh's feat Haldain: 20 from Well of Shadows FRED: 14 from Fury's Advance Haldain: 25 from Shared Agony Total: 78, which is the bodyguard's HP count. I mentioned it the next time Bran had a turn, but it didn't get applied. Up to you whether the thing gets one last turn or not.

If you wanted to still make an attack this round you could move adjacent to Haldain and pop the northern minion with Magic Weapon, or charge Turret 2 in AA14 to do a paltry amount of damage, end up adjacent to Sharhesh and set up Death Surge.
