What happens if you finish with e.g. 44s left, when Toad would give Luigi an item, except you're playing as Nabbit? A. Toad doesn't appear. B. Toad does appear, say "gently caress you rear end in a top hat you stole my poo poo" and kills Nabbit with a shotgun. C. Toad does appear, and has different dialogue but gives you an item. D. Toad does appear, has normal dialogue like he's talking to Luigi and gives you an item. (Also can you enter a toad house as Nabbit?)

Have to say, I just broke out laughing when I saw the cardboard cutout with a face for you to poke your head through in the final level.
