My girlfriend and I recently split up after a little less than a year of living together.In response to this she posted a bunch of incriminating stuff to my friend's and family's facebooks, etc. making me look like way worse of an rear end in a top hat than I really am. I want her out ASAP. She is not on the lease, is currently unemployed. My landlord, to the best of my knowledge does not know she lives here. I just came home a little while ago and she started talking through my door threatening to sell my possessions, to take my pet when she leaves, etc. I have no idea what sort of recourse I have. gently caress my life. I'm in in florida btw.

We've known eachother since we were 19. We're both in our late 20s now. We broke up a few years ago and she moved to oregon and I lost contact with her. I'd google her name now and then but I didn't try to get back in touch with her. Then one day last year she sent me a request on facebook and I accepted. I ended up talking to her and she explained her living situation to me in oregon. Essentially she was living with an army vet in a section 8 apartment, where he would abuse her physically and mentally so I told her I wanted to do something to help her. Cut to a month later, I bought her an amtrak ticket and she snuck out of his apartment one night and rode from oregon to florida. This year has been pretty lovely because she hasn't been able to find a job and has actually turned to working as an escort on and off for the past 3 months or so. Also I ended up getting her pregnant in february and we argued for about a month over what to do with it. So yeah, basically a trainwreck.
