you'll need a paint scraper and a 250gal trough filled with boiling water. place the carcass into the trough to scald it, liberty dousing any parts that stay above the water. after 5 minutes, start scraping the hair off. it's nasty work and you'll likely burn yourself once or twice, but it's the best way.
