I am happier with my team than I was last year. I think. The only pick I took with gritted teeth was Eric Staal, but I am convinced last year was a slight aberration because of a low PP goals. We will see how wrong I am in a few months. I guess, now thinking about it, going after MacKinnon over Duchene may have too aggressive.

Since this was my first game I dunno if my strategy will work out or not. Hooray for learning experiences I guess it also might have helped to actually have a list of all the trades/free agent signings, there were a bunch of players where I was like "oh poo poo he's on that team now?"

Most of my quick and dirty picks have come from last year's stat sheets + my own inadequate opinions about players, so a lot of the time i'll be looking at a players stats from last year and it'll be like "oh wait he got traded"

Hey so I've made the pool and we have a problem, Twin Cinema and Ginette both took Dupuis. Ginette actually picked Dupuis though (pick #148). Sooooo Twin Cinema you need to take someone else...
