I often ponder the question myself and now I'm posing it to you. I would like to think that I would be comfortable eating the food but I don't know if I truly am. There are many variables and I understand this but that is obviously something that needs to be discussed What kind of food is it? Do you get (have) to watch them make the food? at my highschool the special ed kids helped make the chocolate chip cookies served at lunch. They were always undercooked, and when dunked the milk would bead and roll off the cookie surface instead of soak into it
