Monaco have been on a pretty nice run of form over the past month or so. And now that they're into the knockouts maybe they'll improve a couple of positions in the squad in January, which Wenger definitely won't do.

Monaco are done spending big money since they're busy selling off the whole sqaud as their owner prepares to sell his stakes. I'll be surprised if Moutinho is still there in februrary. They don't have a chance.
