 Really, the big problems with Office365 are that it changes a purchase to a subscription and that all your data are stored on someone else's servers. So, deciding to defer buying an upgrade to office for a while during a low-sales quarter goes from "Some of the documents we're being emailed don't open perfectly" to "We can't open any of our business-critical documents at all." Do you feel that? It's the feeling of realizing that you're not a customer, you're a hostage.
