THOSE MATCHES UP AT THE TOP ARE HAPPENING AT THE PPV BUT ALSO: Jericho vs. Orton Seth Rollins vs. Roman Reigns the Rematch! And the Real Main Event: Rusev vs. Mark Henry. (no preshow announced unless that was the Christian hour long Peep Show with Jericho thing) RAW RECAP(Probably not in order) Raw opened with Cena kidnapping Paul Heyman because Brock was late to the show. Cena had Khali guard the door to his locker room. Jericho beat Kane by rollup Renee interviewed Roman about facing Seth tonight before their PPV match. Roman said he will just keep punching Seth. Damien Mizdow and The Miz lost to R-Ziggler and Dolph Ziggler when Dolph pinned Miz. Usos and Sheamus beat Cesaro and Gold & Stardust. An Uso pinned Cesaro. Big Show beat Bray Wyatt by DQ and then double chokeslammed Harper and Rowan Bo and Swagger had a match and I missed who won. Paige and AJ and maybe Nikki did something for their title match, missed this too. Cena dragged Heyman out to the ring to beat him up but decided not to because that was what Heyman wanted. Heyman wanted a darker Cena to become evil and embrace the hate and reveal what a monster he really is. Doing so would make Cena a Paul Heyman Guy. Cena said no and wanted to leave but then Heyman joked about Cena having no balls, which summoned Brock Lesnar. Brock and Cena brawled before being split up. Cameron and Naomi had the worst match ever. Cameron tried pinning Naomi on her stomach. COUNT IT! Seth cut a promo on Roman Reigns that he was a Samoan Rhino Monkey Neanderthal and danced around like a monkey to mock Roman. This actually happened. Roman Reigns beat Seth Rollins clean before their PPV match. Cole instantly said to tune in Sunday for the rematch. Mark Henry and Rusev with Lana cut promos on each other to end Raw. Rusev main evented a raw so I am happy. Maybe not the best thing to do after a big seth rollins/rhinoape match cause the crowd was a bit dead, but it is still an accomplishment.

All of these are real possibilities at Night of Champions. 1.Cena beats Brock 2.Ambrose returns and turns heel on Roman 3.Nikki Bella wins the divas title AJ and Paige slowly fade out of existence. All of these are also things that Vince would probably think are good ideas that would sell network subscriptions.

And I'll do the same since it makes better sense to continue our discussion here: I admit that saying they may view Ambrose as "just a good hand" is a bit much given how they've portrayed him since the Shield's breakup. All I really mean is that there's a big difference between a dude currently receiving a push and a someone they see as a true top level guy, and I'm not convinced they see him in that latter group. We'll see. There's a reason why Reigns has been continually well protected while Ambrose has done plenty of jobs. When Cesaro won the Mania battle royal I doubt many envisioned his trajectory over the following 5 months, and he's hardly the only one over the years to fall victim to the same poo poo.
