With luck I'll pass out from exhaustion/alcoholism by half time and won't have to witness the full glory of Matt Ryan against a bad defense.

Josh McCown had to suffer through a year in the UFL and should get to have a nice season with a non-lovely team. :smith:

The thing is I think this offense could be decent to good if it opened up more and wasn't so damned predictable and stubborn. Also if Josh stopped throwing interceptions in the red zone.

Tedford didn't travel with the team and Arroyo will be calling the plays for the third week in a row. Look for exciting HB draws on 3rd and long all night long!

so it would be a good offense if you had a good OC and QB?

Essentially. :smith:

We have the receivers and backs to be a very good offense but man Josh McCown is not even close to the Brad Johnson level player Lovie was hoping for and we don't know if our OC is any good because he's been out with a heart procedure since the 4th week of the preseason and hasn't called a game yet.

Another fun thing Lovie doesn't do is he doesn't move our #1 CB around and instead just plays him to one side of tje field so expect Alterraun Verner to cover Harry Douglas all night while Julio Jones absolutely torches Jonathan Banks and Leonard Johnson.
