Only Apollo and Zarek would draw from support the people. Just a bit of player advice to Mills because he is rusty: You may want to play a reckless card of your own (at any cost, guts and initiative, jury rigged) to stop support the people from going off.

The CAG title passes to Supreme Overlord Hoshi. Install Upgrades: Hoshi draws 2 ENG. DEFCON Level decreases to 10. The populace seems upset about all this. Something about "all that power"? Crisis! Riots(A) Admiral Chooses: -1 Food, -1 Morale. OR -1 Population, -1 Fuel. Activate Basestars, Prepare for Jump Supreme Overlord Hoshi (Mills), please make your choice. Also, tell me where the damage is going if that basestar hits.
