SEX HAVER 40000: Aug 6, 2009; no doves fly here lol

So I picked up the Khans event deck because I want to play BW aggro forever and it seems like a good way to get into standard. Any advice on cards I should swap out? I want to modify the decklist (maybe get a couple more Bloodsoaked Champions in there) but I'm not really sure where to start.
