Ninja Gaiden (the one for NES). That game's soundtrack has stayed with me for my entire life, and is highly evocative for being blips and bleeps. Mass Effect also had a good soundtrack, and the Command and Conquer games had a few gems each when it came to their background tracks. Hell March!
