my cfo convinced the company to use salesforce because of its Robust Integration Capabilities but he bought the cheapest possible account, which doesn't include api access. instead he manually enters contact info that gets emailed to him from a web form

i'm no mba but somehow i don't think we should be paying a vendor for the privilege of doing our own data entry
