my cfo convinced the company to use salesforce because of its Robust Integration Capabilities but he bought the cheapest possible account, which doesn't include api access. instead he manually enters contact info that gets emailed to him from a web form i'm no mba but somehow i don't think we should be paying a vendor for the privilege of doing our own data entry

matlab and lab view have taught me that anything that claims "you don't need to know how to program!!!" just means that when things go wrong you need to be a really good programmer to fix things
