Hello serious forums posters. I'm working for a small picture framing company whose owner is growing increasingly frustrated with the time consumption and general minutiae of phone-based appointment scheduling. We're looking to automate this process as much as possible to free up valuable time. A cursory search of "online appointment manager" brings up an absolute fuckton of varieties of paid software with no clear indication as to which ones are junk, so here's my question: Can anyone recommend a service that

A. Allows clients to schedule appointments online from a list of unoccupied time slots, and

B. Delivers and sorts these requests legibly for my semi-computer literate boss?

Thank you in advance.

https://www.appointmentreminder.org/

Comes recommended to me secondhand, as I can't say I've actually used it myself, but it seems to hit the pain points you're looking at.

I have only used it as a customer but http://schedulicity.com has been pretty great for me.
