I woke up from what I thought was a nights sleep, but turns out it was only a 3 hour nap. I started getting suspicious when it was 9AM and pitch black. This happened once when I was in 7th grade and delivering newspapers, I woke up at 7PM and thought I had missed my deliveries! Anything like this ever happen to any of you guys?

I worked 3rd shift and lived in a loft with no bedroom window. Perfect darkness at 8am after you've put in a full day's work is great, though I'd wake up at 3pm on the weekends unsure if I'd slept for 7 or 19 hours.

I once slept for 20 hours after a 20 some hour flight (I can't sleep on planes), woke up confused as hell cause it was still dark outside and I knew I got a long night sleep too

the only time i've ever done this was when i was unemployed and on summer break from college when all the days kind of ran together anyhow

this happened to me a lot over the summer when i was working night shifts. i only had 4 months of that and at the end i felt like complete poo poo and it took about a month before i felt like myself again
