The best feta is the stuff they sell in the suspicious-looking hand-sealed unlabeled plastic bags at the little grocery attached to the local Persian restaurant. drat that poo poo is good. Feta is awesome on some pizzas. I love it on a pizza Margherita. It is a bit salty (and crumbly) for a proper burger, I'll admit; I'd prefer a fresh goat's milk cheese instead. (A good strong creamy blue on a burger is loving awesome, however.) Feta also doesn't quite melt well enough to make a proper nacho cheese.
