never had a problem using it. guess it suits my needs idk. i make playlists, add stuff to queues and play music and dont really think about it? all that poo poo syncs to my other computers and idevices too. it just works. im also paranoid about streaming services shutting down or stuff disappearing from them like netflix so i still buy albums and songs from itunes,, but i suppose thats probably just me getting old.

i like it when i try to do something on itunes like click buttons and stuff and there's nothing to confirm/deny that the thing i wanted to happen occurred. it usually hasn't occurred. I like when sometimes i drag and drop stuff and it has a "you cannot place things here" cursor without any real indication why. i like that you cant drag audio files to the audiobooks section and have it actually do anything. these are the things i enjoy about iTunes.

oh and the one message when it asks you if you want to update to the newest version of itunes and says its going to nuke all your files for no reason. that is one of the things i like, as well
