Otto von Ruthless posted:Sure, but who the hell is she going to wrestle? It will be a never ending cycle of bringing up a wrestler from NXT, feuding exclusively with them for a few months until they get put on the Total Divas cast, repeat. If the end game for anyone being brought up from NXT is to be put on total divas then have AJ feud, go over, and remain champ forever.

I don't know who knocked the table outside after Seth dumped it over in the ring, but that person needs a stern talking to. The table was broken by that point and removed from the ring by the ref.

All three because these are supposedly separate characters. It culminates with a "Triple Threat" match of mask kane vs corporate kane vs 2000s kane which is just Glenn Jacobs having a mental breakdown in a funhouse hall of mirrors.

While I was pissed at how the announcers were laughing at Ambrose for the Doll stuff, I started thinking about it a little more. Maybe they were instructed to laugh because they didn't want the segment to get too dark. I can imagine backstage telling Dean to make a promo about what he was going to do a HIAC, and Dean coming up with what he said because it makes sense for his character. Backstage probably liked it, but decided if he just said this stuff straight out, that it would just sound like straight up murder, and decided to bring in the doll to soften it up some.

I can fully believe that it was something that was a good idea at one point, went through 5 different filters and what aired on screen was something totally different. Ambrose did what he could, but between the dead crowd and crap announcing it was a bad segment.

I loved Bryan Alvarez (?) saying that hearing a crowd actually getting into a John Cena hot tag was distractingly confusing. That crowd had the loudest/quietest "LETS GO CENA/cena sucks" chant I've heard in a while.

I like that Dean took Seth's betrayal so badly he had to create a replacement Seth to cope with the loss. I wonder if he made Roman hang out with them.

From what I remember, the 'John Cena suuucks' along with his theme song thing originated in Italy. The last UK Smackdown taping I went to was Rey/Angle for the WHC (Rey was riding Eddie's coattails that year) and Rey got booed out of the building.

He's never acknowleged or given a role, but he's just there and nobody even bothers to introduce him. I'd like Punk to be a mysterious character, often talked about but rarely seen, like Kanye on Keeping Up With the Kardashians or Maris on Frasier. I feel like some of it is how often the crowd gets to see WWE. If WWE doesn't come to town very much, just seeing John Cena is pretty cool. If you're seeing John Cena more than once a year, you really just want to see a good wrestling show and seeing John Cena loses some of its shine. Last I heard, trending was based on a sudden spike in interest. So, there may be 10 million people talking about #gamergate at any given time but suddenly going from 0 to 100,000 talking about #CrazyChickPaige means more for trending.

yeah, that's more or less how it works. it's not as impressive of a feat as WWE wants people to think it is, especially considering how quickly they stop trending.
